Introduce：
John Walker released "Diamond XiNian"Coinciding with Queen Elizabeth's coronation after 60 years on the throne.This is a blend of premium grapes, hazelnuts, vanilla, rare malts and scotch whisky,Silky smooth with ripe grapefruit, vanilla and distinctive aromas


Material collection process：
We will select the top grapes for careful pressing, and the original juice will be fermented for 5 to 7 days.
The fermentation product is a 7% to 9% alcohol, unsweetened white wine stock that forms the best raw material for distillation.Rare malts, scotch, vanilla, hazelnuts are processed separately.


Brewing and Storage：
Our distillation method remains traditional to this day.
We distill wine in small copper stills from lees (residual yeast) to produce spirits with greater depth and aroma than modern mass production methods.
Then we will store in a dry and ventilated bunker for better preservation.

This wine was launched and sought after on the recommendation of head distiller “Remi Martin” and the stock is currently limited. Friends who like to collect who often drink whiskey should not miss this .
